Haji Zaidi Bin Haji Ahmad, has been our Managing Director since 2000. A former banker, he started his career with Maybank Finance Berhad from 1984 to 1988. He waslater appointed as a Director with Syarikat Perumahan PJ and in 1994 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of a licensed finance company, Advance Finance Berhad til 2000. He was appointed as an Executive Director and CEO of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad (SCIB), a company listed in Bursa Malaysia from 2003 tl December 2018. Hj Zaidi was involved in the housing industry initially as Deputy President in 2006 then elected as President if Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (SHEDA) in 2009, and served for two terms from 2009 to 2014. Currently he is Immediate Past President. He graduated with a Diploma in Banking Studies from UiTM and aMaster of Business Administration from Leicester University, United Kingdom.

Haji Zamahari Haji Ahmad, has been our Executive Director since 1989. Between years 1986-1988, he was employed by Rasa Sejati Sdn. Bhd, a property development company based in Kuching, Sarawak before setting up his own building construction company i.e.Excelbuilt Construction Sdn Bhd in 1989. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in the construction and development of numerous housing projects in Kuching such as Taman Seri Sena I & II, Taman Rasa Jaya, PJ Heights, Pelita Heights, Pelita Jaya and Taman Sukma II. He graduated from St. George University with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) in year 2000. His primary role is to oversee the implementation of all projects undertaken by Oricon Sdn Bhd in all capacity.
